Ingredients

Stuffed Paneer Pockets ke liye:
300g Paneer (2 moti slices mein kaata hua)
4 tbsp Grated Paneer
1 tbsp Chopped Cashews (Kaju)
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Maida/CornFlour (for sealing)
1/2 tbsp Ginger
Green Corriander
Ghee/Oil for frying

Gravy ke liye:
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
1 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
3 Onions
5-6 Garlic Cloves
9 Tomatoes (pureed)
10-12 Cashews
1 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder)
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/4 cup Fresh Cream (Malai)
Salt as per taste
Fresh Coriander for garnish
