The hand-feed double twist wrapping machine is capable of wrapping 40 to 100+ pieces per minute, depending on the product’s shape and size. The machine is capable of running much faster, but this is generally the speed an operator can keep up with.

This machine features an adjustable wrapping film length, controlled via keypad and stepper motor, allowing for quick adjustments. Its self-contained lubrication system ensures smooth operation, while Lexan clear guards provide high visibility and are electrically interlocked with magnetic safety switches. The machine automatically stops if the guarding is opened during operation, enhancing operator safety.

The twist wrapper uses a pusher infeed system where products are placed in front of pushers moving along a track, moving them into the wrapping section. With one operator, the machine can achieve wrapping speeds of 40-70 wraps per minute, and with two operators speeds of over 100 per minute are possible.

Equipped with an air-assisted paper feed system and an electronic optical eye for a “no product, no film” function, the machine efficiently conserves film. Suitable for a wide range of products, including hard candies, jellies, fudges, caramels, nougats, moulded and enrobed chocolates, and more.
