Kadayıf Rolls With Banana And Apple

200-250 gr. fresh kadayıf,
2 small bananas, cut in 3 pieces
1 small apple, quartered
Nutmeg, grated
Honey
Mint leaves
Sunflower Oil or any frying oil

*Carefully wrap kadayif around the banana and apple pieces. While doing, gently roll and press the kadayif in your palm. You can grease your palm with some sunflower oil to ease the wrapping process and make the kadayif crispier. However, do not press too hard on the ball in your hand, else the banana chunk may get ruined
*After preparing, keep them in the fridge covered until serving. 5 minutes before serving, take them out, heat some sunflower oil (the amount of oil should be enough to cover the chunks) till it sizzles.
*Fry the bananas and apples for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. To make sure that the oil is hot enough, you can put a piece of kadayif in the pan; if it is bubbling, the oil is ready to use.
*Shake off the excess oil after taking it out. Place them on a serving platter. Grate some nutmeg and drizzle honey. Last but not least, mint leaves. Crispy kadayıf with creamy banana inside is ready to enjoy!
