INGREDIENTS:
• Ghee
• Dried Red Chilly
• Coriander Seeds
• Fenugreek Seeds
• Fennel Seeds
• Peppercorns
• Cumin seeds
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Paneer Cubes
• Onion
• Yogurt
• Jaggery
• Curry leaves

PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME : 30 minutes


PREPARATION:

• In a pan, add 1tsp of ghee, 5 dried red chilli, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1tsp seeds and ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds.
• Add ½ tsp of fennel seeds, ½ tsp peppercorn and ½ tsp of cumin seeds.
• Roast for 2-3 minutes.
• Add ½ inch ginger and 4 cloves garlic.
• In a mixer- Add ¼ cup of water and grind it to a paste.
• In a pan, add 1 tsp ghee and 200grams of paneer cubes.
• (Caution – Paneer hardens if you fry for move than 1 minute.)
• In a pan, add 2tbsp of ghee, 1 chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
• Add the paste and now sauté for 5-6 minutes.
• Add salt, 2tbsp of yogurt, 1tsp jaggery, 5-6 minutes mix and cook.
• Add curry leaves to this.
• Now add the paneer cubes in the mixture.
• Mix well and before you know it, it’s ready to serve.
