The name of the channel is inspired by ENdorPHIN – the happiness hormone that brings a sense of lightness, motivation to chase dreams, and joy in life. Through my videos, I aim to evoke those same feelings, inspire new goals, and make your days a little brighter.

What inspires me is something I often hear from others: when they see the challenges I face in my life, they begin to see their own problems as less overwhelming. I truly hope that if you’re going through a tough time, my content will help you feel better and appreciate all the good things you already have. About the Videos. My daily life.
Some moments might be shocking 🙂 Occasionally, I adjust my position to avoid staying in one posture for too long. I also do exercises for my arms, legs, and eyes from time to time 🙌 👀🙂 So, I'm doing the body movements, maybe it looks weird. However, it needs to be done.
Internet speed fluctuates, and sometimes in our area the power goes out. So, unfortunately, the stability of the stream is not up to par. Please do not judge this too harshly.
