During the tests were used pulse nozzles - VA-06 ¾”

CONCLUSIONS:
The tested material, which was limestone flour, is characterized by the ability to self-block very easily by creating bridges or tightly adhering to the walls of the container.

When mechanically affecting the walls of the container by hitting with a hand or pneumatic hammer, instead of moving the material, they only compacted it. The aeration plug was not able to move the compacted material sufficiently.

However, it can be observed that the pulse nozzles effectively dealt with both compacted and additionally uncompacted material. The sequence of alternating activations ensured that the flow was unblocked.
