Quilt Shop Fabric vs. JoAnn Fabrics ... Can I Feel the Difference?

OK, so I talk a big game about how there is a big difference between the quality of fabric you can buy at a quilt shop like Quilt Addicts Anonymous and chain stores. So we figured it was time to put it to the test.
