Days Gone 2 is Not Happening... Bend Studio's zombie survival game Days Gone debuted on the PlayStation in April 2019 and was subsequently ported to Windows in May 2021. In January 2022, Ross disclosed that the game had surpassed Ghost of Tsushima's 8 million sales, with approximately 9 million copies sold. Ross recently stated that there is very little chance of a Days Gone 2 sequel, even in spite of the game's strong sales and the over 226k signatures on a petition requesting Sony PlayStation to approve the game.
