In diesem Video geht’s um eine Stage2 Abstimmung per remote eines Volkswagen Multivan T5 mit dem 2.5er 5Zylinder Diesel.

Es war bereits ein Fremdtune drauf, Fahrzeugbesitzer war unzufrieden, Performance nicht wie erwartet und Motorsteuergerät warf ab und an den Fehler Ladedruck Regelgrenze unterschritten.
Datenstand wurde detailliert analysiert und von Grund auf neu aufgezogen, wie immer auf OEM Niveau.

Die Serienleistung beträgt 174PS bei 3500/min und 400Nm bei 2000/min
Meine Stage2 fährt hier mit 220PS und 480Nm.

Steuerung ist eine EDC16U1

This video is about a Stage2 remote tuning of a Volkswagen Multivan T5 with the 2.5 5-cylinder diesel.

There was already a third-party tune on it, the vehicle owner was dissatisfied, the performance wasn't as expected and the engine control unit occasionally gave the error: charge pressure below control limit.
Data was analyzed in detail and recreated from scratch, as always at OEM level.

The standard output is 174PS at 3500 rpm and 400Nm at 2000 rpm
My Stage2 runs here with 220PS and 480Nm.

Control is an EDC16U1
