The luxury residence consists of 7 different villas made in Thai style. The first villa is decorated in bright colors. Each villa has a large swimming pool. During the pandemic, villas can be rented for a long period at a super discount.
The cost of the first villa is 200,000 baht per month. Electricity is additionally paid for.

The residence has the name Miskawaan. And each villa has its own name. The first villa is called Waterlily.
