Presentation by ICCT researcher Zifei Yang to a workshop on transport, energy efficiency and behavior hosted by the International Energy Agency (IEA May 10–11, 2016. The presentation draws on a report evaluating the effectiveness of vehicle fuel efficiency labeling (VFEL) programs commissioned from the ICCT by the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Secretariat (available at www.theicct.org/apec-vehicle-fuel-economy-labeling).
