A group of soldiers pursue a traveller and his companion in a woodland about 500 BCE. They all plunge into a crevasse that opens up to a cave.
Skeletons emerge from mysterious mirrors and draw the troops into them as the wanderer fights off the soldiers.
To get away, the traveler smashes one of the mirrors, releasing a monster inside.
The traveller receives a time-traveling mirror as a thank-you present from the devil.
Shastri is presently attempting to unlock Bimbisara's riches with the aid of the magician Kethu.
To save his son, Shastri mistakenly touches the treasure door, which results in his death.
