Man, my work bench is a mess and I apologize for that. These new camshafts are pretty much hitting everything. I will need valve springs due to coil bind, clearance the upper spring retainers due to hitting the valve seals and open up areas on the cylinder head, rocker arms and rocker support bridge to clearance the new lobes. This I am guessing is why MB chose to boost the engine as the valvetrain doesn't readily support more power. All of this interference and still under .500" lift. I can probably make power easier NA with an old pushrod Ford 302 but that's been done so let's see what happens with this one.
