Prince Kassim Nakibinge asked for a speedy conclusion to investigations into the Kasubi fire. Prince Nakibinge expressed concern that it had taken too long to get to the bottom of what could have caused the mysterious fire. The Prince said the investigations should have been given significance similar to swiftness concerning the July 11th twin bomb attacks in Kampala.
