Ingredients:

1 cup fresh mint leaves (pudina)
2 lemons
2 glasses of water
Ice cubes
1 tablespoon sugar (or jaggery to taste)

Instructions:

1. Wash the mint leaves thoroughly and drain them.
2. Cut the lemons into halves and squeeze the juice.
3. In a blender, combine the mint leaves, lemon juice, water, sugar (or jaggery), and a few ice cubes.
4. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
5. Strain the mixture.
6. Pour the juice into glasses filled with ice.

Tip: Use papaya stems as straws – they’re natural and don’t harm the environment. And when serving juice, use deep trays so the glasses don’t fall.
