Memphis mother gunned down while walking into her home from work, family says

A deadly shooting took the life of a Memphis mother early Wednesday morning. The senseless act of violence happened on Sunnyslope Drive in Southeast Memphis.

The victim’s brother identified her as Shelbie Jackson, and said she was shot and killed while walking into their home.
