In the video I go through a few little tips for how to put your Moby Wrap on with a newborn, going through step by step so you feel comfortable and supported in your wrap.

One important thing I didn't mention is the height of baby - always make sure at the end your baby is close enough to kiss the top of their head. If baby is too low - take off the wrap, start over, so you can make sure baby is tight enough.

You can also adjust with baby in the wrap - but it's a bit trickier for a beginner, so I'd recommend taking the wrong wrap off and starting from the start.
