Ingredients
* 8 oz package cream cheese
* 4 cups powdered sugar
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup plus 2 tsp Kahlua or Sabroso (coffee liqueur)
* 12 oz white chocolate chips
* Your Product

1. Line an 8" square pan with foil, up and hanging over the sides, prepare with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese, coffee liquor and vanilla in a mixing bowl, set aside.
3. Microwave white chocolate chips in 30 sec intervals three times (or until melted), stirring in between.
4. Add Your Product to the melted chocolate, mix in well.
5. Pour the chocolate over your cream cheese mixture, mix well.
6. Pour into your prepared pan to cool. Chill until firm (4hrs).
7. Turn fudge out onto a cutting board, cut.
