Arm triangle chokes pair up well with the kesa gatame position. You already have one arm around their neck, so it tends to be pretty easy to flow back and forth between the two positions. In this video we are concentrating on one specific variation of the arm triangle that I mainly only use from kesa gatame. It's an old catch wrestling move, and if you do it right you'll turn the lights out pretty quick.
