Shiny Girafarig in Gold Virtual Console [FLOYT] [Shiny Type Quest #9]

I have more time travel buddy run plans... I found my favorite Pokémon ever in Gold Virtual Console, and soon enough, he'll make the journey to Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

EDIT1: THIS BUDDY RUN JUST GOT A LOT MORE INTERESTING! FARIGIRAF REVEALED??? HUH??? WHAT??? SORRY??? PARDON??? FOR ME??? IS THIS FOR ME??? Girafarig gets an evolution… Bulbapedia added an evolution to the Girafarig page… no way… this can’t be real… They made this game for me.

It does seem like, as far as full odds hold random encounters, despite the games being out for over 20 years, I was the first to upload finding shiny girafarig in gold on YouTube.
