Ingredients
1 Cup Butter
1 ½ Cup Sugar
1 Large Eggs
2 Tbsp Vanilla
2 ¼ Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
Oreos


Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 F.

Stir Flour, Baking Soda and Salt together and set aside. Beat Butter and Sugar together. Once combined, add Egg and Vanilla and beat slowly, do not overmix. Stir flour mixture into wet ingredients slowly, one third at a time, until flour is no longer visible. Stir in crumbled Oreo cookies and White chocolate chips as desired.

Next, roll two small cookie dough balls together on the top and bottom of 1 double stuffed oreo cookie, that’s been VERY lightly soaked in milk. Stick a toothpick on the top of the cookie. Slowly bring the two balls of cookie dough together until oreo is fully and evenly covered. Arrange cookies together on your Baking Buddy, Nonstick Silicone Mat. Use the toothpick as a guide so the oreo inside the cookie is parallel to your Baking Buddy. Place your full sheet in the refrigerator overnight OR in a freezer for one hour. This is to make sure your cookies do not loose shape while baking.

Bake on your Baking Buddy that’s placed on a Baking Sheet Pan for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove your Baking Buddy from the oven and let sit for 3 minutes, then place cookies onto cooling rack for 15 - 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
