Amsterdam could not keep our interest down, not even for a minute. When we thought that those picturesque canals, lively brownish colors all around and very nice people were the handful of admirable things about the city, it threw a cat boat on us.

The Catboat is a Floating Cat Shelter – a "sanctuary" for cats on a canal. As cats and water never seemed make up for a great combination, we wanted to see with our own eyes how they live, what's their daily routine and how they are looked after. On the top of that, we wanted meet the people who work with these buddies.
