Evinrude 75HP Rebuild Test Video

Tank Test of a rebuilt 1984 Evinrude 75HP Outboard Engine. Re-bored and fitted with new Wiseco 3115P2 Pistons (.020" OS @ 3.020" Dia.). New Gaskets and Carb Kits. New main and idle jets, New CD3 CDI Unit, New Spark Plugs, New Impellor and Impellor Housing Kit.
This engine started on the first turn of the key after priming once rebuilt!

The engine is currently running 25:1 oil/petrol premix during break in period, so spare me the comments about it being too smokey :-)

This engine is NOT for sale, and this video is only to demonstrate how well these superb yet simple 2 stroke 2 & 3 cylinder "Looper" outboard engines respond to a re-bore and new pistons.
