Mini Monstera (Rhaphidophora tetrasperma) Care Guide and Growing Tips

Growing guide for the Mini Monstera (Rhaphidophora tetrasperma).

My Mini Monstera started as a tiny plant with only 5 leaves. After two years it's reached the ceiling multiple times and has been chopped back and propagated twice.

In this video, I share what I've learned and what works well for me over the last 2.5 years of ownership.

Rhaphidophora tetrasperma, commonly known as Mini Monstera or Philodendron Ginny, is a trendy and compact tropical plant. With its distinctive split leaves resembling those of the Monstera deliciosa, it's a popular choice for indoor jungles.

Unlike the larger Monstera, this plant remains much more compact, making it suitable for smaller spaces. Rhaphidophora tetrasperma is relatively easy to care for, thriving in different lighting conditions from bright light down to some lower light spots.

Watch out for low humidity areas (it hates this) and let it dry out between waterings as it won't put up with soggy potting soil for long.
