WHY: I’m fundraising for Shriners Hospitals for Children so that I can make a difference in the lives of children in need of specialized medical care.
On December 7th, we will host a Battletech Brawl at BattlePub, a tournament to raise funds for this worthy cause. If you are new to tabletop gaming, Battletech is very similar to playing with green army men, except as we got older, we created more dynamic rules, novels and tv shows with more than 45 years of content to keep our passion vital. Believe me when I say that statisticians and engineers may have made our game as real as possible, but we are still children at our core playing with little pieces of plastic with our friends.
