I took the scrap metal key, when they heard I was going to refurbish it, they gave it to me for free ,
The key to the pipe was extremely rusty, it was a real challenge to do.
His jaw was shattered, his nut was blocked and his snout was bent.

1 First I disassembled it, using spray with w 40, drilled the screw and forcibly removed it with a hammer.
2 I removed the rust manually with a wire brush, then I put them in the vinegar, the tail was too big so I put it partially in the vinegar .
3 It was necessary to flex the rust and put it back in the rust cleaning solution .
4 The nut was mutilated, it was necessary to put a lathe to give it shape again, then on a CNC milling cutter, at the end I used hot Bluing .
5 The tail was crooked, I used a hydraulic press to straighten it, the bolt hole being crooked, I loaded it with welding and hit again.
6 The shell was the worst, it was crooked and cracked, I welded it straight and drilled it again
7 The screw was completely destroyed, I made a new one.
8 The mobile jaw was the least affected, slightly reconditioned.
