Last night, our Neighbors Nourishing Neighbors (N3) facility suffered significant damage from a fire. We are deeply thankful to report that no one was injured in the incident. However, the extent of the damage requires us to temporarily suspend our operations while we work through necessary repairs and safety protocols.
This temporary closure affects our ability to serve the hundreds of community members who rely on our food pantry services each week. We know how vital these services are to our neighbors, and we are working tirelessly to minimize this disruption to our community.
Our immediate priorities include:

Completing a thorough assessment of the building damage with fire investigators and insurance adjusters
Securing a temporary facility to resume our essential food distribution services
Finding a new permanent home for N3's future operations
Recovering and salvaging materials from our current building when authorities deem it safe

We are currently in active discussions with several potential temporary locations that could allow us to resume our core services in the near term. At the same time, we are exploring options for a new permanent facility that will serve as the future home of N3.
The outpouring of support from our community has been tremendous, and we are grateful for everyone who has reached out to offer assistance. While we work through this challenging situation, we remain committed to our mission of ensuring no neighbor goes hungry.
