Second School started in Daltonganj Jharkhand. Rishikesh Pandey created a Guinness world record for providing India's most affordable education for JEE, NEET, and NDA.

Apart from being a world record holder, he is a teacher, author, TEDx & Josh Talks speaker, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker.

Second school has been providing affordable education to underprivileged students of Jharkhand and has become the largest educational institution in the state that provides coaching for competitive exams. The vision of the founder Mr. Rishikesh Pandey is to open a centre in every district in Jharkhand.

In this video, we talked about the inspiration behind starting Second School. We also discussed the early days of struggle and what helped scale the institution. Rishikesh Pandey told us about what he thinks should be the relationship between teachers and students and the importance of imparting good morality to students.

We also discussed the book “Are You Programmed to be Rich or Broke” written by Rishikesh Pandey where he talked about the importance of financial education. He has also discussed the English Education Act of 1835 and its impact on the Indian Education system.
