Excavator Rolls Down Hill! (Our HARDEST job yet)

No joke, this Excavator rolled down a hill was one of my HARDEST jobs ever. Not even close and probably won't be topped for many years. Almost all the boxes are checked off here: overhead lines, tight spaces, heavy rollover. But all of these issues turned up to the maximum. Just to think it took us hours to travel 1/8 of a mile on a tiny street barely big enough for a lifted pick up truck.

But as always, we made it work. Plan after plan did not work, but it did not deter us. Once we accept, we are married to the job. I can talk in confidence now, but I'll never forget the uneasy feeling and having serious doubts if this will be the first time I'll have to throw in the towel and walk away. Thankfully Alex has my mentality and we both kept going back down the hill to re-rig until we got it to a safe spot.

From there, the unit was left to be worked on by a mechanic. I'm not sure how it flipped, so if you ask in the comments I won't be able to answer. And huge shout out to Bailey's Tow Accessories for the awesome performance on their state of the art rigging. I show them off quite often in my videos, but they really really shined bright like a diamond here. Certain parts we did use chain out of caution just in case our protectors rode up without us knowing, but for the most part having lightweight and brutally strong synthetics made the job much easier.
