How Compounding Works in Mutual Funds or SIP | Excel Calculator Hindi
In this Video by FinCalC TV we will see how compounding works in mutual funds when we invest via lump sum or SIP (Systematic Investment Plan). We will compare compounding examples in PPF (Public Provident Fund) with compounding examples in Mutual funds which will be applicable in both Lump sum and systematic investment plan (SIP).
The secret about mutual fund compounding is when we accumulate units over a long period of time, and this is when we see the power of compounding in mutual funds or SIP.
The total amount in a scheme that provides compounding, such as PPF, will match with the total amount when we redeem out Mutual Funds units, and this will prove that compounding happens in mutual funds as well, whether we invest via SIP or lump sum. Using this method, even one time investment will show us magic of compounding in mutual funds or stocks.
Talking about stocks, compounding is stocks also happen in similar manner compared to mutual funds.
