How to Use the Blackstar Amped 3 with a Soundboard (for Live Gigs)

It's a simple 'how to' tutorial when it comes to using guitar pedals with your soundboard. And in this case, I'm connecting the Blackstar Amped 3 amp pedal directly to my soundboard in a live setting.

This concept applied for most amp pedals.

The process is simple:
- Connect the output of your amp pedal directly to a channel on your soundboard
- Plug your guitar into the input of the amp pedal (using a cable or wireless unit)

I go into more details and tips in the video that will help you get a great sound. This is great for playing live music, whether with a full band or solo performance.

I also share the advantages of using an amp pedal like the Blackstar Amped 3 instead of using a real amp or even a processor/amp simulator.

Of course, you'll hear some tones (I'm testing this at one of my live solo gigs, Finn's Dockside in Apollo Beach, FL).

In the end, I share why I didn't actually use the Amped 3 during the gig (I filmed this prior to starting that show). And you'll find out what I plan to use for these shows, hopefully in the near future (hint: it's from Blackstar...be sure to watch the entire video to find out).
