In this video I show you different kinds of sparring footwork which are useful for dodging and moving in for a fast attack. The drills show you how to use the footwork to move sideways, forwards and backwards. Once the footwork has been developed the practioner can then add punches and kicks to create useful combination that can be used in sparring.
The video was filmed on grass which was my mistake because the footwork will not be as swift (I was going for a scenic environment). When practising on a hard floor or mats you should get much better results.
