Neighbor FED UP with Dangerous Yard next door…then decides to Do Something about it!

This might be the most interesting yard we have done to date. We approached this home because it was clearly not cared for and when we got up to the house we seen a sign that was warning any one from entering the home without permission. We had no intention of doing that so we peaked around the corner to see some business trucks in the driveway for a Christmas light company. We attempted to get in touch with the owner through that number but the line was turned off. We wanted to investigate more so we went next door to talk to the neighbor and he was able to give us more information about the situation. He told us that the owners actually live in Mexico and he rarely sees anyone touch the yard. It has become a huge eyesore for the neighborhood and he would love to see it cleaned up. So we decided to take on the project and just as we got into the yard the neighbor was actually inspired to come give us a hand! It shocked us when he showed up but we were glad, unfortunately he had a leak in his gas tank and his mower started to overheat. This yard was full of mystery, triple digit heat, funny stories from our new friend and a near fire hazard from our friends trusty mower as he tried to run it through the tall grass.
