The principle of the diesel hammer is simple: it uses a cyclical impact of "heavy hammer falling impact + fuel combustion recoil" to create a powerful cascading effect. Compressed air and fuel are ignited upon impact, and the combustion lifts the hammer core before it falls again. This continuous accumulation of impact force gradually presses the casing into the hard soil layer. This method is specifically designed to handle the high load-bearing capacity required for high-voltage tower foundations, using the casing to stabilize the borehole and allow the tower base to be driven deeper and more stably into complex geological formations.
