C3 Corvette Starter Motor Replacement, Removal & Installation for a Chevrolet 5.7Ltr 350cid V8 Eng

In this video you will see the complete, real-life (meaning real maintenance, not staged) removal of an original old start motor with a new replacement starter motor for a 1977 C3 Corvette with a 5.7Ltr 350cid V8 engine. This starter motor removal and replacement was done as part of a refresh, restoration of this C3 Corvette. You will see the entire process. It's not a difficult job, but could be depending on how much of the engine components you need to remove. I had previously removed the oil pan and part of the exhaust making access to the starter motor fairly simple. The C3 in this video has been jacked up about 18inches as most of the work is done from the underside and some space was required between the car and the ground in order to access the starter motor. This is a job everyone can do.
