Xtreme Rally definitely looks nicer than Roads Edge, but its also harder. From what I remember when I used to play it a lot, you really have to catch every single shortcut to finish the game with a decent position. Also, to stand a chance of placing high, you need a vehicle with 5 speeds.

Also, you have to finish 1st place to get the ending/credits. Its been so long since I actually got first, I dont remember anything on it. I think I got it on the Time Trials portion. I'll give it another shot...
