A funeral service has been held for Maj. Gen Levy Karuhanga who passed on yesterday. Karuhanga who by the time of his death was the chairperson of the General Court Martial had an illustrious career in the army. One of the major highlights of his career was to lead the first Ugandan troops to the war-ravaged Somalia in 2007 where he planted the seeds that have since sprouted into peace.
