काठमाडौं नैकापमा २०२४ सालमा जन्मिएका विश्वभक्त दुलाल 'आहुति' प्रगतिशील लेखक-साहित्यकार, चिन्तक तथा वैग्यानिक समाजवादी पार्टीका संयोजक हुन् । ६ कक्षामा पढ्दा 'ईर्ष्या' नामक नाटक लेखन र मन्चन गरेर साहित्यमा प्रवेश गरेका उनको पहिलो कृति पारिजातको भूमिका सहितको कविता सङ्ग्रह 'तपसीका गीतहरू' हो ।
एसएलसीपछि २२–२३ महिना नेपाल–भारत सांस्कृतिक केन्द्रको लाइब्रेरी र सात महिनाजति त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयको लाइब्रेरीमा साहित्यका पुस्तक पढेका उनले तपसीका गीतहरू, नयाँ घर, स्खलन, गहुँगोरो अफ्रिका, नेपालमा वर्ण व्यवस्था र वर्ग संघर्ष, तथा जात वार्ता, दलन टेलिफिल्म जस्ता कृतिहरू प्रकाशन र प्रसारण गरेका छन् ।
उनी नेपालका सार्वजनिक बौद्धिक हुन् ।
