2003 Honda VFR800 VTEC Front Fork Seal Replacement and Rebuild

Hi everyone, welcome back to the channel.

In this video I am going to be carrying out a replacement of the fork seals, I will detail the steps required to remove the forks from the bike and how to completely strip each fork before demonstrating the method of reassembly.

Fork Oil, bear in mind that it takes 544ml of oil per fork with the standard air gap so you will need 2 bottles!
