Four in one anti-aging skincare routine that targets the most common problems that women face as their age which is beyond fine lines and wrinkles. It has also pigmentation, dark circles and a loss of elasticity

Am routine seven days a week
Copper peptide + niacinamide or vitamin C
Please remember if you have sensitive skin then you should not be using the ordinary copper peptide you should instead be using biossance, glow recipe or any other.
If pairing copper peptide with niacinamide, you can lay it one after the other .
But if you intend to layer vitamin C with copper peptide, then we are vitamin C will come first then you will have to wait for 10 minutes and then apply copper peptide. This will allow time for your skin to rebalance its pH.

Follow this app with the vitamin C based eye, cream, moisturizer, and sunscreen. If your skin is more combination to oily, you can always keep your moisturizer directly apply your sunscreen.

PM routine 3X a week
After you double cleanse your face, I recommend a combination of retinol & peptides. Which is the best retinol to use will really depend on where you are on your retinal journey and your skin sensitivity. Please see the previous video before this to understand more if you are a biginner.

PM routine twice a week this is where you are going to exfoliate your skin. The truth of lactic and glycolic or mandelic will depend on your skin type and levels.
Glycolic acid is ideal for all skin types except dry
Lactic acid is suitable for dry or combination to normal
And mandelic acid is suitable for sensitive skin
Lay niacinamide on top of this after you exfoliate .

And the last one to two days of a week I want you to consider these your rest is where you will be using no actives.

We like to follow what is called the her method which really stands for hydrate, exfoliate retinol, and repeat . So you hydrate on one day, which means you don’t use any active the next day you will exfoliate the day after you will use retinol and then you will hydrate again by following her method. You will get to use your retinol twice a week exfoliate twice a week and get two days of rest.
