『After the Goldrush』

Ingredients:
・LEGEN... 2 oz (approx. 59 ml)
・Lemon juice ... 0.75 oz (approx. 22.2 ml)
・Ginger honey syrup ... 0.75 oz (approx. 22.2 ml) (*1)
・Garnish:Yuzu peel
・Garnish:Ginger candy (*2)

(1)* Ginger honey syrup: Combine ginger juice extracted with a slow juicer and granulated sugar in a weight ratio of 4:3. Mix this with a combination of honey and hot water in a weight ratio of 3:1 in equal parts.
(2)* Ginger candy: Coated ginger slices with granulated sugar or similar.

Preparation:
Add all ingredients and ice (excluding the specified amounts) into a shaker and shake well.
Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube (excluding the specified amounts).
Garnish with yuzu peel and ginger candy.
