Today, I wanted to make a modern hansik meal - pairing a bowl of hot rice, with a bowl of soup and 2 delicious banchans. For soup, we're making 대파국 (Spring Onion Soup). And for our banchan, we're making 두부조림 (Spicy braised Tofu) and Potato-Bacon Stirfry (감자베이컨볶음).
