Holy Mackerel! Wait till ya try this one. We headed up to Bailey Island, Maine to the lovely home of Allison and Jay Carrol, the founders of Wonder Valley. Jay's been coming to this small island since he was a kid. What better place to bring my son Griff for his first ever travel video shoot!

The goal was to catch some Mackerel, get to know the island a bit, and come up with a fun tinned fish recipe idea that we can eventually have canned at Island Creek Oysters this Fall. We're off to a great start. Stay tuned for the canning episode!
