2 tsp (10ml) - Olive Oil
500g (1lb) - Beef Mince (Ground Beef), I Used 80% Lean
1 - White Onion, Diced
4 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Tbsp (7g) - Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp (1.5g) - Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp (2.5g) - Smoked Paprika
1 tsp (2.5g) - Mustard Powder
2 1/2 tsp (15ml) - Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp (6g) - Brown Sugar
1 tsp (2g) - Ground All Spice
2 Tbsp (30g) - Tomato Ketchup
2 tsp (15g) - Yellow Mustard (American Mustard)
3/4 Cup (100g) - Concentrated Tomato Paste
3/4 Cup (180ml) - Beef Stock
Seasoning To Taste
300g (10.5oz) - Macaroni Pasta
100g (3.5oz) - Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
100g (3.5oz) - Cheddar Cheese, Grated
