Backpacking to a Remote Florida Spring

In late May, my friend Nick and I packed our free diving gear and underwater camera rigs into our backpacks and trekked out to a remote Florida spring in the middle of nowhere. There may not be any mountain passes or steep inclines, but there are still plenty of challenges facing those willing to explore the Florida backcountry, and we definitely encountered most of them.
