The most popular food in Central Asia is of course – Plov
There are very many regions in Uzbekistan and very many regions in Central Asia. As Plov is uzbek food in origin so in different regions of Uzbekistan people cook in different way. In general, they use the same ingredients but the way how they cook it and technics are different
This plov made from Ferghana rice calls “Devsira”, and I decided to make an experiment and cook Fergana Plov because I do it first time
Mostly I cook in simple way but today I decided to cook a Fergana Plov
As you know ingredients like in all other types of Plov:
Onion - 400 gr.
Carrot - 1 kg.
Lamb meat - 800 gr.
Lamb Fat - 120 gr
Oil - 150 gr.
Garlic - 2 pcs
