Bandos Solo Prayer Flicking Guide (Great for Ironman) - OSRS / 2007 RuneScape [2016]

This guide will show you how to solo Bandos GWD with prayer flicking to extend your trips. I personally used this method on my ironman for over 1,000 Bandos kills. Prayer flicking can take your Bandos solos from 2-3 kills/trip to 6-10 kills/trip. There are a lot of older Bandos guides out there, but this is the way it's done in 2016.

This guide does NOT cover tick/trick eating. That method is even more advanced than what I'm showing in this video. This video is aimed at ironmen mostly (to stretch your supplies) and mains looking for some extra challenge/reward. I'd say once you've mastered these techniques that you should move onto tick eating. It can make your trips as long as 30-50 kills!
