Today is my last day in Karachi and I plan to report on a lot of street food in Karachi for you. The foods I'm going to test include: Minced Beef Karahi, a famous and traditional Pakistani dish, Gulab jamun, a popular Pakistani sweet in Hyderabad Karachi, Quetta's famous tea, and the exciting experience of tasting milk directly from a cow's udder in Karachi.

Mutton Karahi, Brain karahi, and Beef Minced Karahi:
First of all, we came to Bombay Koyla Karahi, a center for delicious and famous karahis in Karachi. They have various karahis like beef minced meat karahi, mutton karahi, and brain karahi, all of which are outstanding.
To make mutton karahi, they first cut the meat, and with a strange method, they separate the fats! They place a very sharp knife between two fingers!! With speed and skill, they separate the fat from the meat! They chop the meats into smaller pieces. They prepare a mountain of charcoal, light up the charcoal. They fry the meat in a pan with plenty of oil. They add tomatoes to the meat. The tomatoes and meat are fried together, they separate the tomato skins, and mix the tomato and meat thoroughly. Beef Minced meat karahi is a combination of meat, oil, tomatoes, green pepper, masala, and black pepper! Brain karahi and minced meat karahi are made the same way, just instead of mutton, they use brain or minced meat which I tried minced meat karahi with local bread and a little raita (local Pakistani yogurt) and it was great.

Gulab jamun, a very popular street dessert in Hyderabad Karachi Pakistan:
This dessert is small dough balls that are fried in oil until they turn golden brown, then the fried balls are soaked in sugar syrup and rose water. This dessert is very tasty and melts in your mouth due to its softness.

Famous Quetta tea:
Quetta's famous drink, made with hot milk, tea, and sugar, is put on heat until it boils then when they want to pour it into a cup, they strain it, which has a very pleasant taste.

Tasting fresh milk from a cow's udder in Karachi Pakistan:
We came to a milk distribution center in Karachi, which has a very large space and a lot of milk is supplied here every day. I plan to taste the milk directly from the cow's udder, which was the craziest taste of my life. I drank fresh milk from a cow's udder! Can you believe it?! It's very, very delicious! You really can't imagine what a strange experience it is! It's very exciting and unique!
