Starling has only 1 Phase and is pretty straight forward. Not much to say, only to be prepare for her Charge Attack, using the Barrier with more AP will add more Dmg Reduction.

Most of her attacks are single Target, and does not recover Balance that often, so, using Yan or ZERO² to dodge with Shadow Shift is better.
