Drug-induced lupus. From historical case reports to big data

Описание к видео Drug-induced lupus. From historical case reports to big data

Drug-induced lupus (DIL) is an idiosyncratic side effect of treatments in which symptoms overlap with those of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The spectrum of DIL constantly evolves with that of the pharmacopoeia. In this webinar you could find the current nosology of DIL, the definition for DIL, the epidemiology of DIL, the clinical and auto-antibody profile, and a small overview on the list of drugs, the pathogenesis, the treatment and prognosis.
